How do I report inappropriate, concerning or disturbing content or situations? What kind of information do I need to provide?

If you are underage, tell a trusted adult, such as a parent, guardian or Scout Leader about your concern so they can report the incident on your behalf. To report a case, send an e-mail to safejotajoti@scout.org with data as follows: your name, the programme and/or platform the incident happened on, a description of what happened, the name of the account and/or person which concerns you, and a screenshot of the incident.
