Is the Be Safe Online e-learning mandatory for JOTA-JOTI participants?

The Be Safe Online e-learning course is not mandatory, but it is strongly recommended for all participants — especially youth aged 13–18, as well as adult volunteers, leaders, and parents.Why take it?Completing the course helps:

Promote a safe and respectful environment for everyone
Equip you with the tools to identify and avoid harmful situations
