Registering a Scout group

If you're registering a Scout group, patrol, or unit for JOTA-JOTI, you'll be asked to provide some basic information about your group. This information is displayed in the Scout group directory, where groups from around the world can find and connect with each other during the event.Step 1: Enter your group’s detailsStart by entering your group’s:NameNumber of group membersOrganizationCountryLocation (e.g. your city or region)This helps other groups learn more about you and makes it easier to connect during the event.Step 2: Add your contact channelsNext, you’ll be asked to select how others can contact your group. For each method you choose, you’ll be prompted to provide the relevant details.Available contact channels include:Radio call sign (for amateur radio operators)IRC group nameSkype usernameEmail addressFacebook (name of your group or page)Instagram (handle)X (formerly Twitter) handleYou can choose one or more contact methods, depending on how you'd like other groups to reach you.Step 3: Review and confirmAfter entering your group and contact details, you'll see a summary page.If you need to make changes, click BackIf everything looks correct, click Continue to confirm your registrationStep 4: Registration completeOnce confirmed, you’ll see a confirmation screen and receive an email with details on how your group can participate in JOTA-JOTI.
